- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
- Returns due to customer error (wrong item ordered, change of mind) are accepted, but return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
- If the item is damaged or defective upon arrival, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
